Health research uncovers new findings every day. What was considered “good for us” 50 years ago is very different than 20 years ago, and sizably different than today.
But if there’s one thing that I know with absolute confidence, it’s this:
Eat Real Food.
That’s it. Stop eating processed, packaged food and start eating food in its wholest form. Don’t get me wrong. I’m not talking raw food here. By all means, bring it home, chop it up, add some good healthy fat to it and a dash of seasoning and stick it in the oven.'
I know it’s hard and time-consuming and “unrealistic” in today’s world.
But it will change your health. I promise. And once you do,
You won’t want to go back.
